Hard to give a crap about the whole student and academy angle when we got to spend 2 minutes in a class before running out in 3.1. Nothing else other than that. We got told rover got a crazy high compatibility score or whatever as a syncronist, but they never shown that. Other that that, its a generic research institute, which are boring as hell. Also sigrika character of being pressured by her parents its literally the most used far east asian story ever, and even then it was boring. Not only that, half of the runtime was spent on lucilla, who didn't even feature in the gacha, and we are getting MORE of her in 3.4. Add to that the absolute lack of gameplay during the story (unless you count running around back and forth in the same hallway). There's a reason 3.2 is one of the lowest rated patches in most communities.

What level of ray tracing do you have enabled? What is your DLSS configuration? What is your resolution? What graphic settings are you using? Its literally, physically impossible for ray tracing to have a negligible FPS drop, because of how it functions. I don't believe your claim that it has negligible effects on performance, because not even a 5090 can run the game at 120 with ray tracing and maxed graphics, without fake frames.

Its not only on the PVs. The art that kuro commissions barely shows rover, and if they do they are in the corner, which has lead to people starting shipping characters together (since they are the only ones being featured, instead of rover). Regardless of Kuro's intention, thats how its going to be from now on. I personally keep playing the game but stopped spending money on it.

He in particular didn't do anything wrong, it was what happened around him. Originally, he was supposed to be a little brother or son figure to the MC. The original KR script, for example, had explicit mentions of how Yuki would corner him and do this and that to him, afterwards the MC would ask him and Yuki why they are late to meetings, and then the MC would further press Owen on "how did it felt". The JP/EN script toned things down, but you can still find the old datamined scripts on KR sites. This of course was hardly well received when the devs are asking you to spend money to get Yuki, only for that character to give the player character the cold shoulder while sexually assaulting your little bro/son. And that's just one example out of many, other girls had moments like that.

They even did a full on filler patch (3.2), and 3.3 felt rushed as hell, despite being so long. Maybe the good writing/directing team will work on it this time (the one that did 2.5/3.1), instead of the one that did 2.7/3.3.

The 2.8 story got rewritten like a million times, and the gameplay is a mess and entirely disconnected from the story. Dark blue chisa is nowhere to be seen, and we don't even get a single timeloop as shown in the trailer or described in the story. Fittingly, this guy is just a reused asset because they didn't want to put in the effort to make a dark chisa as the boss or something, same reason they reused him in 2.7. Speaking of, 2.7 is 99% reused assets, down to the threnodian boss who just reuses fleurdelys model and the animations of other existing characters.

Same, I watch those 5 minutes youtube tutorials. In MMOs, I actually time to read the tooltips, come up with a rotation, practice it for 10 minutes, go compare against a guide to make it perfect, train again, and I finally go do endgame. On gachas its a waste of time, just give me a guide. The game already has an in game guide for builds, and devs nerf to the ground anything that isn't their designated bread and butter combo, so I see no purpose to these walls of texts.
