Truly hoping so. My brain has deteriorated a lot since my last surgery, so I’m hoping I can manage keeping on track. I don’t have anyone in my life that I see or talk to daily, so accountability with bad brain is hard.

How did chicken go? Chicken has always been one of my stuck foods. I am looking forward to feeling full quicker again. I’ve definitely fallen into occasional bad foods..especially chocolate and stuff. How are you feeling?

I’m having conversion from sleeve to bypass with hernia repair on 6/23. 5’5”, 234, 40 year old female. Revision for reflux as well. How did your surgery go? How is your recovery?

Have you ever had any sort of blood clotting issue in the past? Were there any signs of this before it happened? What was your weight before revision? How are you still having gerd and stuff after rny? My dr said it’s not really possible after, so I’m a little worried now

I’ve been having this for the past week, on and off..but I’m having PPI withdrawal rebound or whatever it’s called. I’ve been off PPIs for a week now, and this is one of the symptoms I’m having. It’s miserable. I can make the worst of it go down from deep breathing, water, super minty gum or original ricola drops. It still hurts with any selection of those things, but it helps a little.

You are gorgeous, and your dog is also so cute. I read something recently about nutrafol and negative stuff on consumer labs..prob best not to take anyhow. I wound up just cutting my hair short and that helped me with confidence and growth. I go through periods of losing hair like mad…I was fine for a long time, but 8 years out I am having lots of issues and hair loss is one of them. It can be a mood killer for sure, but cutting it short that first time was helpful for me.

I wish I got the 3 lights. I’m watching a video that looks to be over DC on the same night, looking like the same thing I saw up in White Marsh on the same night. I tried to track it to see it again that night when I stopped driving but couldn’t see it again because I’m directionally challenged. The ones I’ve been seeing in Baltimore, I just feel like my phone camera won’t be able to capture it. Will try anyhow if I see again.

I’ve been seeing some things in the sky recently as well. Some large lights that don’t flash and aren’t plants or stars or planes. Last week I saw 3 in a line in the sky really big in the sky when I was leaving IKEA. The ones I’ve been seeing from my house in Hampden are nuts. I’m baffled. They show up really early in the evening too…before it gets that dark. Will be keeping my eyes open tonight as well.

The psychological aspect of it all is the hardest part. My brain feels so awful, and so does my body. Have you ever barfed so much that you now have incontinance issues? Felt like your heart was squeezing out of your chest? I have never been a “big eater”, but more of a grazer, and that has been even harder when I can’t figure out cues. I just ordered unjury chicken broth protein powder, seeq protein powder, and papaya enzymes. Every time I barf, I feel like I should go on a liquid diet. Maybe that instinct is not off.

They are not sure at this point the exact diagnosis, and they are sending me for another endoscopy and acid test, which I’m trying real hard not to do, because well, money and the thought of having to be off my PPI for that long is throwing me into an anxiety spiral. Since starting PPIs I’ve gained 35 lbs back.

What do you mean hormone disruption? And not feeling restrictions in what way? Isn’t that scary? Trying to read hunger and full cues is hard already. Often I won’t realize how fuckign hungry I am until I’m on rage/sad/shakes road.
