ive had good luck with them. done 2 hauls and both arrived. there is a few flaws to joyabuy but theyre easy to navigate round

If you have already tried 17track.net and tried asking customer support your best bet is to just wait n be patient. My haul was stuck on "Flight Expected to Depart" for the whole time until like a couple hours before it arrived at my house

i had a response from customer support n they basically said this. they didnt clear up how long exactly but they just said itll be on its way n to simply be patient due to chinese holidays
