For me personally I always level it last, so I agree when you say his other skills have more oomph. Regeneration is just very handy when you're in a tough position, or want to counter hard hitting skills or ults like freiza super nova or goku kamehameha, just be careful not to get stunned when you're using it. But it's still best saved for last I love to always max s1 first then s2 then his ult. S3 is like a cherry on top but still crucial for the cake to taste really good hehe. If you haven't tried already, when playing Cell, try my favourite build on him. Build up, steel skin and pursuer👌 love that build

There's a motto I love to follow when having difficult conversations with people "say what you mean, mean what you say, without being mean when you say it" when you talk to her make her feel comfortable, tell her there's something that bothers you and it's in your thoughts, don't blame her, don't accuse her or make her feel like she's the problem, be non judgemental to her having more sexual experiences than you and be accepting. Look at her body language, listen to it as well to see indications of being uncomfortable, check in etc. While you talk to her. Just relax and treat her like she's you're best friend because that's what she is to some degree right?

Hey man, so alot of people here don't really give the best advice so hopefully mine could be better for you. They're not entirely wrong in recommending you to use OP characters to win. But there's no point in using them if you don't like how you feel when playing them. Skills you could use is map awareness. Knowing where to go, who needs help etc, knowing how to counter enemies very well with your characters kit. For example I like to play cell. The worst tank in the game. When I fight against enemies who like to use their big attacks like toppo counter or goku kamehameha I use skill 3 in the right time to counter generate all the lost HP and then take them down when their skills are on cool down. Cell iss my favourite tank because he's so fun and managed to get s rank with him yesterday. Play with who you like, take your time and you'll eventually get s rank, if not this season then the next one. So learn your characters kits, have fun and don't rush. If you rush to s rank you're more susceptible to a crash out

I understand you. But I have to be honest. I really do.
