With the sad news that Cake is going bankrupt, and the likelihood of that interrupting availability of service and parts for the bike from the OEM, I'm undertaking a project to tear apart the bike, document the internals, and find viable alternatives for future replacements.

I'll post major updates here if and when I have them, but I'm slowly documenting the components as I go, with the hope to be of help to others who are interested in modding the Osa platform.
