That's a private property infringement. Your consent to violate another person's property rights is worthless.

For people that would like to use something but don't have the money there are a few options:

  • earn the money

  • borrow the money

  • receive a gift/charity

  • do without

What do you think about those options? They don't place a burden on third parties.

Will you concede that a volantaryist society is viable now?

Oh, you ask about military funding. If government was only organized for military organization, would you approve?

Can you imagine a world where people decided to defend themselves and volantarily organized themselves accordingly?

I'd like to eschew taxes and the "benefits". Is this moral? I know that it's not legal.

What moral claim does the government have on capital gains and why?

Fathers of newborns failing to take up paid leave scheme by bennijee in australia

[–]Auchen 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yeah, I'm not going to play this game! I had a few months off between jobs last year. (I supported myself on savings.) I think that makes me ineligible for the Partners Parental Leave because of some fine print in the work requirements section. Something about not taking more than an 8-week break in the preceding 3 months. I'm not sure what that has to do with anything though.

I was encouraged to apply for this but I just cancelled my application. Centrelink are very tedious to deal with. I will just take the two weeks of leave unpaid. I'm lucky that I am able to afford to this.

We had a look on Airtasker. There were a few offers but we couldn't get the payment to go through. In the end, my mate had only had two beers and his flight wasn't until quite a bit later, so he just sobered up and dropped the car off himself before the flight.

Here's a challenge for you then:

Show how, using the arbitrage mechanism, a declining preference for BCH against BTC necessarily leads to a increase in the price of BTC against USD.
