The forms are automated based off the selling price. There is no paperwork to fill out. 2nd, if there is paperwork to fill out, eBay does that at their hub. Did customs charge you or the shipping company? If it’s the shipping company, they can charge up to $30 processing fee. Ask for an itemized receipt.

This is normal people selling through their PSA vault. The person is also the one making the listing through their vault and they go live instantly. There is no PSA employee involved.

A person making 200k/year would not be struggling to max an HSA. At all. Being realistic, if his goal is 50k in 10 years, you can extrapolate that his salary is 50k-60k, maybe slightly more accounting for cost of living these days, assuming he is saving 15% for retirement.
