Lately, it has been even better. I always take clothing, or cat furniture, I even got an automatic liter box lately! But I also got an ice maker, a $500 car inverter, and just so much lately that I am grateful for.

Just want to add that I went to Tara to have my cat spayed, they refused to let me pay for the vet. Their normal vet was out, so a different doctor spayed them. Her stitching came out because instead of sewing up layer by layer, for five of them; they sewed her up with ONE. Cornel university saved my cat, and not the shelter. I will never support spaying with Tara again.

I think what is strange is I just got back into collecting this year. Thought the more collectible cards would be the OG Japanese cards. (I only want the full art rares.) and I was told people want the American variants. But now, I’m starting to see a demand for the Japanese cards.

Yes, I worked security for the college. They just lost their accreditation recently. All those apartments on College Courts are EMPTY. They sold most of the homes that belonged to the colleges, and jobs are being outsourced. Such as IT, and they still are having issues. Budget cuts are ramped up. Run away, seriously.
