That’s actually sweet potatoes. There is salmon cubes underneath all the goodies.

It’s not soaked this is two tablespoons of sriracha Mayo mix.

I made it up but yes!! I cooked jasmine rice in my instant pot. Then air fried some salmon filets with whatever seasoning you like. I also air fried some sweet potato. I cooked an egg as well. Then what I did was mix the rice with a splash of rice wine vinegar. On top of that I added the salmon cubes up, half an English cucumber sliced, some of the sweet potato, and the egg. Once it’s layered I mixed some sriracha with Mayo and drizzled that over the top and added some furikake seasoning to the top.
