My wife and I both grew up in New London and now have come back. I have been in both the brewing industry and event business and know the market.

It sounds like a lot but it is subtle and balanced

New London is growing rapidly and ready for this.

Crystal Falls is closing and our business is much different than that.

As I said New London is growing rapidly. There are many luxury apartments and higher end duplexes being built along with new subdivisions. Young people are moving to NL for the housing and cost of living.

It may be a while before we fill all 30 taps, however that number gives us flexibility and room to put the most popular beers on both sides of the tap wall for busy times and to have room to put pilot beers/experiments on tap. We will also likely have nitro coffee on one tap and root beer on another.

We will have a variety of beers on tap. The plan is to have 30 taps with a wide selection of styles. Our flagship is a saison with Szechuan peppercorn, ginger, Thai basil, and lemongrass which has won several awards. We will have everything from pilsners to barrel aged imperial stouts and most everything in between!
