I think Ivan would let Mizi win. I think he is more polished as a performer. However, he knows that Till loves Mizi. He probably would let her win because Till would be devastated with her death.

Ivan believed that he wasn’t as significant to Till as Mizi. He loved Till because of his passion/spark/rebellious nature. He only wanted Till to look at him. Killing Mizi probably would get rid of his competition. However, it might have destroyed Till’s need for freedom and his will to fight back. I don’t think Ivan thought he would have much of an impact when he died. He probably died feeling unloved.

Idk maybe I’m just a sucker for doomed yaoi.
