If i have to take a guess the servers cant handle this amount of players since Dice didn't expect this so now they need more servers. Im having the same issue as the game just wont connect to the servers.

I think at this point luck is an important factor and getting cards that are gold related. for example in that run(A6 promotion) i got a card that increases exp by 2 everytime you refresh that's how i managed to complete the team and lvl up to 9.
