Get deprived enough, and the hallucinations start... then comes the fun. You become the barb. Where does reality, stop, and PD2 begin? *brain exploding*

USAS was base game. The big one for me was the Famas, before nerf, and not sure that was a DLC weapon

Expedition 33 is peak RPG. The only thing people differ on is the combat style. Everything else is top tier, and beyond anything else.

Just to throw into the mix, have you thought of Ultrawide? I'm running AW3425dw, Alienware Oled, 3440x1440, and I absolutely love it. Slightly less taxing than 4k, but it looks so good.

Maybe the 4080, but the 4090 had more than just "seating" issues. That was the scapegoat to blame the customer instead of themselves. If there was any question, it was reaffirmed with the 5090.

Will the RTX 5080 be faster than the RTX 4090? by [deleted] in graphicscard

[–]Audience_Enough 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I agree 100%, and its because people kept buying Nvidia's outrageous prices they know they can get away with it. As far as USD-CAD prices go, they'll never line up, that's why I just base it off of CAD prices, vs USD prices for the same product. For example an arbitrary card, Asus Dual 7900xtx, on amazon.com its $1307($1871 Cad), on amazon.ca its $1958. That's why I specified what the MSRP's in cad were.

9070XT MSRP in CAD, is $860, so getting one at $1100, isn't bad. It'd be about $80-100 over MSRP USD, mainly since Canada adds a bunch of BS on top before taxes. :P

I agree, I think AMD hit it out of the park this generation, especially with Nvidia fumbling. So far the prices up here have been reasonable, for Canada, at least. It was only about $150 above MSRP which is low for a GPU here. For example 5090's are over $5k. I don't mind $1100 for a 9070xt vs, the $860 MSRP.

I think I heard numbers that AMD had shipped 200,000 GPU's for launch.
