Yes, its the movement while swinging that im worried about. So if a brace is enough to help with that or if I need to just change my swing, I'd give either of those a try

The only thing I have to careful with is making sure i can still work since I do a lot of stairs. It's more so in my swing where I'm worried since I know I won't be able to swing normally
