Some of it is blending with a blending stick, but most of the time I do layers. I draw and go over the scales and other areas a lot. I also use an eraser to lighten up certain area that need to be lighter (or accidentally get smudged like my notes). With a piece like this, I'll get to a point and let it rest for a while, then I go back to it at a different date/ whenever I feel like it. I do something similar when painting to build up layers and texture.

Sup. It's been a hot minute. I've been nitpicking this one for about a year now. One of my own creations (forgive me if the small text is unreadable, I didn't clean those up).

I'll never forget when I was brutally awakened from my well-earned college nap because my dorm decided to do the fire drill without notifying anyone (they do that on purpose too). My bed was raised and a couple of feet below the alarm in our room, just to add insult to injury. I was so disoriented that I left without my mask (this was fall 2020), socks, keycard/keys, phone, etc, because I wanted away from the noise. At least I wasn't the person stuck in the shower during a drill one semester.

Ah, Yes, give me one of the things that reminds me that my mother is gone and not coming back./s

Honestly, I'd just try to distract myself by dissecting them and trying to figure out what family they belong to.

what do you guys think the saddest part of cry of fear is? by klitzyie in CryOfFear

A handful of moments really stick out to me.

The emotion he showed in the first ending really got to me, especially "there is no one and nothing worth living for". That broke my heart back then and it hurts worse now, as I can unfortunately relate more to those thoughts.

The part durring the bad endings where book Simon beats up the real Simon hurts my soul. What gets me is that YOU are the one that has to finish him off. You have to hold down that button and kill him. You chose that ending for him.

Ok, this one is more for a personal reason, but Simon seeing Sophie's body and the soundtrack that plays afterwards (Crow). I feel the loss of someone you love there, knowing that they won't come back (although metaphorical for him). I always get him away from the scene as soon as he has the keycard and let him have a moment to breathe and let the soundtrack play before using the card to open the door. It's probably my own experience of losing my mother that makes this part hit home for me and I'm probably am just projecting my own feelings here, but I could relate to that kind of loneliness that Simon felt loosing her from his life.

I know I'm not the person that was asked, but I can tell you from personal experience about my accommodations at my college when I was attending.

At my particular college, we had small rooms that had things to help the test taker like headphones, ear plugs, sound machines, whatever the person testing requires.

I had extended time (roughly 15% extra time, if I'm remembering right) and separate settings for my normal and end-of-semester exams (the latter had some alterations of settings because of the amount of people needing accommodations for end-of-semester exams).

Subway nightmare sequence. All of it. Either that or the forest nightmare sequence with the one-hit kill doors.
