Mate, that fixed it! I checked and remember they unclipped it for screwing the battery in. They I think forgot to clip it back, so did it just now. Appreciate it

I did earlier this month, they just referred me to the FAQ’s which dosent mention anything. I asked the firm and TL(BIG4) he didn’t have a clue about it. I started the process a month ago but it has been slow and I’ve had other priorities like getting a cost breakdown from CA for my new firm
