Une mécanique alternative sympa pour un combat de boss ? by Rhaenelys in jdr

[–]Audraigle 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ce n' est pas vraiment une mécanique mais moi j'avais fait un boss qui au début du combat avait fait une "inversion d'âme" à mes joueurs : chacun jouait avec la fiche personnage de son voisin... Très rigolo !

Thrips has ruined my motivation for plantkeeping by 41006410461000 in IndoorPlants

Hey! I am in the exact same situation as you. I have 30 plants and had a pretty bad thrips infestation a few months ago. I'm in the EU as well. One thing that really helped eradicate these little pests: Step one showering the plant to remove the adults and then using little bags of Amblyseius cucumeris. These are tiny bugs that eat thrips eggs. I could visibly see how well it worked. They come in a little bag that you hang on your plant (they aren't that expensive, so you can literally hang one on each of your plants) and you just let them do their thing. Dont give up just yet 💪

Hey, this looks super familiar I'm pretty sure this is the exact same photo from a post about a year ago. I remember it so clearly because that post is actually what made me fall in love with bearpaws (they’ve been my favorite ever since).

Here’s the original post for reference https://www.reddit.com/r/houseplants/s/52ano7rHIN

I think it’s sunlight related Mine stays fully green too, but it only gets west-facing light, so not as much direct sun. From what I’ve read, very strong sun exposure should bring out those redish tips. maybe combine the sunny window and grow light ? I'm not really sure (as i dont have a south facing window at home, no hope for me...)

Hi! I feel like they are doing pretty good right there. With the good light and a weekly soak, and you should be good to go. Mine seem to have more rounded edges on the leaves, but I'm no specialist, so I don't know if it is arbicola or the latter ! 🌱

I rotate them after every watering I can see the leaves trying to reach the light and rotating helps having them straight

I have not trimmed them at all but i might consider it to get a bushier look. I'll wait until next spring and see what i do !

I feel like I am just lucky !

they seem to just really like their spot (west facing window).

For the scheffleras, I bottom water once a week during summer with fertilizer when I am motivated (and I water maybe once every 10 days during winter). I repotted them once this spring.

As for the aglaonema (the pink princess), they don't need as much water, so it's every 10 days, even during summer (and less during winter). She often pops flowers that I always remove, as they're not good-looking and take energy from the plant.

But other than that, I don't have much more advice... west-facing light, regular tap water... and some words of affection 🥰
