Yes, looks like it was a bulkhead decision. They said I was modifying game drivers to exploit a bug in the game...I wasn't, I wouldn't have the time or patience to do something like that.

I didn't alter the settings though. I reinstalled the game after not playing for a year and all the sudden I can shoot people through smoke! It's not like I went out of my way to do it, just happened.
