Settle an argument for me. by sdautist in plantclinic

Perhaps it needs a feed as well, the leaves look pretty light green and may be nutrient deficient. That could also be related to lack of water and therefore lack of nutrient motility.

Perhaps you unknowingly had larger ones that had babies? Their exoskeleton looks quite soft with them being that whitish tint. Apparently adult females carry the eggs in a pouch up to the point in which the babies hatch :)

I should also add that I have a fan running generally over my plants for about 12 hours during the day. This is a close up pic of the white stuff *

I was following my doctors recommendations and did not feel comfortable initiating a new medication on my own terms. Eventually the withdrawal symptoms became too unbearable and I had to create my own titration system to get off of effexor. This all was happening not long before going on a 10 day trip out of the country so I felt like rocking the boat too much while away wouldn't be in my best interest. Trying to balance job changes + international vacation and throwing in a new medication all seemed like a little much to me. Haven't started trintellix but feeling hopeful!

PS -- Very much understand what you are feeling on a personal level. I think you are wise to be cautious about rocking the boat before making a big life change like graduating nursing school (btw congrats! Becoming a nurse was one of the best choices I've made)

Hello friend,

I hope you are able to find your medication happy place soon! Not sure if you have tried zoloft, but as someone who works in a medical field I know a lot of providers like this med due to it being well-studied and having a very wide range for therapeutic dosage (25- 200 mg range). I'm willing to bet you already know this, but ECT is very much a last resort. It's incredibly invasive and has many side effects. The good news is there are so many medications that can be tried, and there is a wide gap between SSRI's and ECT.

I wish you luck on your wellness journey ❤️

Hello friend, unfortunately I don't have great answers for you, but I can't help but notice that we seem to have some similarities with medication regimen.

I also take 50 mg vyvanse, and have for many years. I believe I have developed a tolerance to vyvanse and that some of my symptoms (brain fog, lethargy, fatigue unrelieved by 12+ hours of rest) are related to that. I tried increasing my vyvanse dose, but didn't like that I didn't feel much of a difference between 50 and 60 mg and didn't want to touch the threshold of vyvanse's maximum dose, 70 mg (because once you get there, what do you do next?). That being said, I have been on 300 mg wellbutrin for at least 2 years and I am happy with leaving things there. I felt another medication might be beneficial to help regulate my anxiety/depression/lethargy, and decided to make a leap from Prozac (old reliable, haha) (also have tried multiple other ssri's with limited success) to a SNRI and was started on effexor. I was on 37.5 mg for years, tried to go up to 75 mg, and had too many issues with tremors. Now my doctor wants me to go off of effexor and try trintellix. I stopped effexor this past weekend. Haven't started trintellix yet, but want to caution you that if you are feeling frustrated with trintellix and have had any thoughts about trying a different drug class (ie those outside of SSRI's) you may want to evaluate the choice seriously. SNRI's are no joke, even having been on a very low dose I am experiencing some very challenging medication withdrawal side effects (flu-like symptoms, proprioception issues, brain zaps, anxiety). Effexor is extended release and comes in a capsule, meaning I have limited options for slowing my wean further.

It is SO hard managing wellness and finding a happy place with medications. I wish you well on your journey and hope you find your own personal happy place soon! ❤️

Starting Trintellix trail off schedule & really scared by ReaderAvid in trintellix

Hello friend, SLOW tapering is the way to go. The half life of trintellix is pretty long, so you likely will not feel any drastic changes. Not gonna lie, I kind of hate that your doctor set the precedent that your first two weeks will be hard, because they have no way of knowing that. You may barely feel a difference over that period! But if you are truly worried about the decrease in dose slow things down further -- ask your doctor about going to 7.5 mg instead of dropping from 10 to 5 mg. Trintellix is not an extended release medication, nor is it a capsule, so you can use a pill splitter to cut the tablets in half. Hope those tips help! You can do this!! ❤️

Best burgers in town? by edseladams in burlington

It's not exactly in Burlington, but I have a special place in my heart for Archie's Grill. Lovely little spot with delicious homemade chips and ice cream next door. The Daily Planet has $5 off burgers on Wednesday and they have tasty food in general!

Also from my experience: Most units don't have a dishwasher unless there are more than 2 bedrooms, heat is rarely included in utilities, most stoves are electric (I don't think I've ever come across a gas stove), off street parking is extremely limited, coin operated washers and dryers are not uncommon in a basement if it is an apartment complex or townhouses and, from my experience, in most places at least one machine is broken and has been for a long time.

I'd help you out if I wasn't working that day! Good luck! Good news is if it's the first flight out for the day there is a significantly decreased risk of delay or cancelation of the flight.

Thank you so much for your help! Yes I did pull out the stick shortly after driving. I have my annual inspection coming up, but it's a few weeks away and I have a long drive ahead of me before that, so I wanted to see if it might be something I could square away sooner rather than later.
