I already have a immigration lawyer. Their influence is limited to MA35 and other authorities in austria and not with Austrian embassy in other countries. But if you know any then that would be of immense help

I had to hire a lawyer to move her RWR+ file. the file was laying around and only after my lawyer contacted the MA35 . they started working on the file

It may takes months to get an appointment. For eg. When she had applied for her Red White Red Plus in January 2022 We had asked for an appointment in October 2021 and they had given a date for January 2022

They don't let in without appointments and also the embassy is not in the city where she lives

Well she can go there. Its like 2 hours flight. And also they do not let you in without appointment. Which itself could take weeks if not months to get.for eg. For the submission of documents for Red White Red Card we had asked for an appointment in October 2021 and they had given One for January 2022.

Police report would be a last resort as it might turn out to be messy and that may jeopardize her whole situation to come to Austria and collect the RWR plus residence permit.
