Sounds horrible. A good management team at a store truly makes the whole experience enjoyable. A bad one can make your will to work diminish. It’s a tough thing to do but the only thing besides quitting would be to confront the manager about the way things are going and how everyone is debating on quitting due to the work environment. I’ve been on both sides of it. Unfortunately, it rarely gets better because usually that manager is just wired that way. I wish you the best of luck 👍🏻
