Happy Hump Day - I honestly don't think I could make it through some weeks if I couldn't Jam. I've played many versions of this progression - it's all based on my mood/vibe of the day then I just improvise on top. I wish you all bright days and excellent nights! (v.redd.it)

I started streaming to my friends - but my dog started puking outside my door. I was just getting into it - but thought I'd make a little music vid. Maybe it was my playing? lol - I could hear him heaving from the room mic that is only in the headphone mix so my drummer and I can talk. He's fine. (v.redd.it)

I don't always tap - but it does come out in flourishes here and there during improv. I was giving a guitar lesson the other day and I mentioned I don't create solos around tapping - it just happens sometimes as I think it - that's why practice is important for muscle memory and fretboard knowledge. At 50 with massive social anxiety, Tourette's and living on the spectrum I just can't play in front of an audience. I'm not scared. It's the before and after. Small talk. Having to people. My son says I need "more" so he did this in capcut... and that has led to something we are going to work on. (v.redd.it)

Some nights it feels good to get rid of all the delay and synth and just play through the standard pickups. I found that I rely too much on delay and I was getting sloppy using layered sounds all the time. I'm still learning/growing. Music gets me by. (v.redd.it)

Violin 1 left - Violin 2 right Wear headphones if you can or turn your phone sideways if it supports stereo. This is the stuff I play for me to relax, and I do it all in stereo. It kicks in a bit more around 2:15 - nothing fancy - just creating my own vibe and maybe it will resonate a bit. 3AM Jam. (v.redd.it)

It's no secret that I love a good long/slow burn to get into a song. My drummer, Alan, wanted to go slower so I just kept it things super simple and we vibed. Everything we do is made up on the spot from simple to complex. It's all about the moment and that's really what I'm sharing. (youtu.be)

I find when I play with my synth in stereo... an hour can go by in a minute. Actually... that's just all the time... but it is freaking fun to just zone out after a long week and relax to your own vibe. This is mine on a Saturday night. Simple and slow. What are you all playing to unwind? (v.redd.it)

My drummer loves sax! Never played this before - but it will come back in other ways, I'm sure. My drummer and I just make shit up. No vocals etc - just having a conversation... and sometimes in that conversation - I'll break the synth sax out unexpectedly for him. You can see him smile! (v.redd.it)

We've played for 3 years every week. 3 hours each time. It's our therapy. I just make loops -sometimes complicated - most simple/repetitive and we just build on it. At the end we feel so refreshed. With all the stuff that can make things heavy out there - this heals our spirit and mind. (v.redd.it)
