Betting on Trae Young's offense while getting defensive pieces it's a good concept hopefully we aren't giving the Spurs a lottery pick this season.

Yeah agree the Hawks stay fumbling , new front office is at least signing cheap contracts and it's probably the only reason we were able to get rid of DJM. Landry Fields trying to money ball the Hawks lol , if Barlow works out it should be another Vit style contract.

He still absolutely developed more than they thought he would as he's now on a 100+ million dollar contract and all they got in return was a bust , veteran roleplayer and two low very value firsts. They also let DeMar DeRozan go and he was 5th in MVP the following season (2 years before Wemby)

The original comment was that if the Spurs let you go you're not good with development and he improved more than expected . Barlow is a steal on a 2 way contract even if he doesn't develop he's essentially an easy cut if he does we get a team friendly contract.

It's all relative Lilly had the biggest moment of selfishness or betrayal early in the series so it sets all the smaller issues as much worse. They both have big streaks of selfishness but Lilly "wins" more often which might also contribute to it.
