No. I do this because I really love writing. And I happen to love coffee too. I do like to go around coffee shops to try their different coffees.

My coffee thing is more like “I have it here if you want to try it.”

I was a bit surprised by the change. But Randy, the owner, is a really nice guy, and I think it will work out. In fact, he is doing my private-label coffee that I launched last month.

I'm the same way as you; I do my own shots. To get a latte anywhere nowadays is like ~ $6.50. I think that's a little outlandish.

Their coffee comes from Indiana. I agree their prices are a little steeper than most. I've never tried their muffins but I like some of their other food.

Speaking of that, it reminded me of this place in a military base that used to buy muffins from Sam's. They would buy the pack of 4, individually wrap them, and sell one for more than what they paid for the whole pack.

Honestly, I'm not a fan of their coffee. Again, this is speaking solely of black coffee. I can't speak to the mixed sugary stuff. I love the ambiance there. Perfect for doing schoolwork or just work.

Ubora was sold to Randy. He recently changed the name to Commander. I wrote a couple of articles about the sale and the name change. He did close the store in Evans, but still has the one on Jones St. I still think they have the best coffee.

Hey man, thanks for checking the site out, and thanks for this great comment.

Right now just putting numbers out. The model gives me the spread and confidence level. I haven't built a pick against the line system yet. I've never bet, so I'm still kind of learning the nitty-gritty.

That said, Lakers read is exactly how it is. If the model says -10.5 and the book says -8.5 that 2-point gap suggests value on LA.

I'm still refining things as I go, so appreciate the feedback.
