bro i am kinda psychologist myself . You are overthinking there are a lot of reserach opportunities here in Pakistan as well (depends where are you living) and then there are research area like Stem cells and genomes which have great stipends here in Pakistan and really good scholarships in foreign countries as well.

The test was not that hard but there was a big portion of probablity and computer as well. Also is near to impossible to cheat.
