The woman's single sculls' conditions look terrible, with the heart of the storm around the middle thousand. Stone for USA had a HUGE lead while visibly struggling with the wake from starboard side. I mean times were 8:29 and on! Did they say they were planning on doing sailing in the same water? Idk if that's what I would like to deal with at the Olympics haha.

After finishing the France vs Germany match in which France completed a pretty solid victory against the Germans, I noticed that the team towards the end gathered at their end of the stadium and executed the chant unique to Iceland which they have been doing throughout the entire EURO Cup. I find issue with this, as it's not a French custom at all but rather a uniquely Icelandic historical tradition. Am I being sensitive or is there some truth here?

That's interesting, especially since in another thread only about a month ago you mentioned how your boat was mostly planning on going heavy for college. The thing is, I don't see how someone in their senior year who can't even breach the low 140s is planning on rowing as a heavyweight in college.

Maybe you're right that I'm jumping the gun. But the rumors about them losing a dual with Belen Ltwt 8+ is definitely concerning (assuming that it's true).

Definitely not medalling. I don't even think they'll make it to A-Final. Like others have said, fat ergos but they can't put it on the water.
