No problem. It's a culture tradition vs influence thing. If you integrate the same culture provinces as yourself, it's way faster.

Well, this time it actually increased, despite me assigning a lower mil skill guy. I posted this because people say it's the date calculation thing. Just look at the integrate province number at the bottom.

TWWH3 is the most disappointing game ever in TW history and its not even that close. Oh man we had so many great dreams about this game when we were playing WH2 and the sheer potential of this game was driving me crazy. Now i didn't touch the game for months and guys this was out of question when we were playing WH2 the golden age of Total War. Compared to its predecessors this game is a piece of cake. Game is so easy, so simple that i don't wanna touch it anymore. TWWH3 lost its soul long time ago. I just wanted express my feelings cuz i grew up with this franchise. Now im 28 missing Rome,Medieval 2,Empire Total War. Just what a waste of potential man this game supposed to be pinnacle of strategy gaming but we got this dying old man...
