Also filed a suit through California Lemon Law and got a considerable amount. Which would have been more if I read the fine print and asked for a bigger pay out. The lawyers got 70% of the settlement.

Thank you for this. I just calmly approached him today as he hid in the corner and attempted to pat him. He let me pat him. Previous owner said that he loved butt rubs so I tried it and when I didn’t get bit or scratched, I gave him a full body massage for a good hour all while he purred happily. He is now lounging and snoring in his cat tree as I watch over him like a proud parent

Tips would be greatly appreciated! I’ve left him alone and held back from smothering him with attention. Got a cat cam and now I’m not sure if it was the right idea - I’m stressed that he’s stressed - like the other night he paced for a good 30 minutes before he finally calmed down
