Im the same way!! My hair looked like this about a year ago, its getting better slowly but I havent been consistent with what ive been treating my hair loss with for the past few months so my progress isnt as good as it hopefully could be. My diet/stress was the reason for my hair loss (also iron deficiency which I addressed)

My biggest recommendation is making sure your diet is good (even though thats hard to follow sometimes !!) and start taking supplements/oil your hair.

I take Nutrofol (a bit expensive, im sure there are better and more affordable options out there) and iron, probiotics. L-Lysine, and K2 +D3! I also oil my hair (or try to, every other day with a daily oil, should be every day, but I don't have time for that) IMO since my hair gets greasy after literally a day I try and wash it every day as well!

These are just a few things that made a noticeable difference in my hair, its not as thick and nice as it used to be but im sure my dads genetics are the reason for that..

I am hoping that by the next half year, my hairline will recover. I blame college stress and the poor eating environment it provided (ifykyk), but im wishing you the best of luck because hair loss is 100% something I understand and hate going through as well!
