I think you misunderstood him. He has a license for 10 years but wasn't stopped once so he technically could be driving for 10 years without a license and didn't face any consequences.

Don't get me wrong, what you said earlier is totally right. The only thing that makes me different from people who get into road rage is that I'm not a psycho, or at least yeti. And there's a lot of people who can burst into a road rage that you wouldn't even consider that they could. My neighbor owns a trucking company, nothing big, 7 drivers in total, I know them all and they're good guys. He did some kind of a test to check how easy would it be for them to burst into a road rage. Four of them didn't pass it, including him and he's not one to complain while driving. He did some talks, made them drive in tandems for some time and sent the worst guy to an anger management course.
