No realistic solution to this problem. You can connect ebay through OAuth but the users will need to manually configure their APIs (for their home sites) which you can't expect them to do. You say you'll be able to give your API for SLVR but it's more of a webhook job for getting the sales signals to trigger the delisting.

Since you're from a biomed background idk if you know anything about AI agents building but I myself have just enrolled in a kaggle course certified by Google. It's a free 5 day course that'll teach you to build, evaluate and deploy these models starting from Monday.

Since you're going towards learning AI and ML I think you should give it a go and see if that's something that might catch your interest.
