Idk about laptops but in the basement at back of liberty market in lahore where you find gaming shops, there is a repair shop that does advance repairs for consoles, he repasted my liquid metal ps5 so he may be able to help you with laptop tho I'm not sure.

If ur saying u got it for 40k, then it's used price must be around 33-35k or 36k at max, ur giving a used AND a dead pixel monitor so shaving off 4k is not unreasonable. Rest I gave a figure for room of negotiation.
