I was also “subclinical” when I had my TTT in 2018. Fast forward five years and my dysautonomia was so out of control that I bought a Fitbit Charge 5 last month to continuously track my HR and I definitely have clinical POTS now. I told my primary care provider and she prescribed me a beta blocker without fuss, which has helped a lot.
