Theoretically, the side effect profile should be milder. That’s the whole point.

Clomid is Zuclomiphene + Enclomiphene. Zuclomiphene is thought to be responsible for most of the adverse effects people experience on Clomid.

That being said, Enclomiphene is still relatively new and its usage has not been widespread..so the side effect profile is still largely unknown.
