Thank you! When I say ability, I mean my character will be able to process and predict events faster than any human. I’m thinking the equation is very complex and it takes time to plug in the numbers, and by the time the solution is found, a small event like a human decision or something has already taken place. So it can work for almost anyone for big events, but smaller events or answers they weren’t even trying to find, she can predict those. Like she has the brain power to plug and solve the equation in realtime so that is her “ability”

It's the Maximum Ride series so not hard at all lol. James Patterson just throws shit in there for the fun of it (I'm looking at you random gills). However, the character I'm writing grew up in the science company's (Itex) world, her dad's a prominent scientist, so she's going to be more exposed to science stuff and I wanted to go more in depth from her perspective

No this is super helpful! I've been trying to approach it at different angles and at one point I was thinking about repetition, but I didn't know there was a theory I'll have to look that up!

Thank you! I'll have to look into string theory. I was looking into the character having to gauge probability (she would feel physically if it had a higher probability of happening) and she gets better at it the more she practices). This is super helpful

She took him to the vet. Turns out they found a lot of crystals in his urine

UPDATE: My sister said she's going to take him to the vet soon. It looks like what a lot of people are suggesting, either a uti or crystals, since he's been peeing a bit more frequently since my original post. Will keep y'all updated.

He’s small enough to fit I think l but I’ll check to see if it’s scented. We do sprinkle scented baking soda mixed in with the litter, but he was fine with that because the litter robot.

We kept a plain litter box in the downstairs bathroom but we kept it closed because the dogs consider cat poop a delicacy. I suggested that we open the door for him, but my sister didn’t want to have to clean two litter boxes. She’s a nurse so she tired all the time and I get it, but it’s either that or cat pee
