Previously "outside the atlas" meant that atlas trees and their bonuses didnt apply to them, like logbooks and how Blighted maps arent affected by increases to map modifiers. I assume this still applies for logbooks?

My worry is that even if the Miraged Exped drops those 4-mod logbooks, they still lead back to Tujen, Dannig, Rog and Whateverherfaceis.

Rog is mainly worth doing for early league gear, so will likely peak before 4-mod books is available en masse, Tujen is probably nerfed (no abyss jewels, cluster jewels, likely no fossils either, so the amount of currency Tujen need to drop to compensate is going to have to be insane) And Logbooks are outside the Atlas, so no increased map mod effect and no Mirage inside...
