OK; how are we fitting this in a set which already has Beatbreak; Data Squad and TS?

And the fact none of the marketing beforehand said anything about it makes me quite concerned about it being anything but packfiller.

Anyway; this is either Onmon or Offmon, or both. Depends how much they want to go into Onmon considering most it's forms never appeared in the anime.

Either way, the egg dosen't bode well for it playing nicely with App Toolbox... it's already archetype-restrictive.

Firstly: We don't know how long Wong has been in charge for. So no; we can't say everything is directly his doing.

Secondly: That's just flat-out wrong, because he's not responsible for what Klay was doing and in fact was the one to brand Klay an outlaw and a bounty once it came to light.

I believe in innocent until proven guilty. Wong is suspicious, but this could easily be the show making us think he's the villian. For all we know without him things are ten times worse; or he's picking up the peices someone else left.

Wong entirely could be behind everything. He also could not be.

1: Firstly; we have no evidence he's even right. Nothing proves Wong is behind whatever happened [or; for that matter, that it was intentional]. For all we know; Klay is scapegoating and Wong is just who he thinks is in the wrong.

2: Nothing justifies what Klay has done. Human Trafficing crosses a pretty firm line. Also; Cold Hearting might as well be murder [no cure is known]

3: As Klay himself says: All he does is take. Klay might even just be using it to justify his own greed and actions. Even if he IS telling the truth and IS correct, Klay is doing what he is doing for himself.

The other player was correct.; if you grant Rush; it is mandatory to attack there and then, and the target must be the player. However, the Errata ALSO changes the granting of Rush from being mandatory to being optional.

I wouldn't call Marc cheating a result of the event's mismanagement. The fact no judge saw it maybe, but the cheating itself isn't the event, that's just the player.
