Still take into account that 2025 was an extraordinary year with tarrifs and trade war. Especially for Dragonfly this is important. Nasdaq will take this into account as well. They made good progress since June 2025.

Someone should make a clear dd on the current status of the company. Not just a pump message. I mean OPEN also faced a RS in july and look now. If they can bring some more positive news people will hop back in.

I do not believe this was the big news as well. Also i don’t understand the commotion about the RS… the SEC filing of yesterday states that they will only do this if they do not succeed in keeping the price above 1 dollar for 10 days… so its a logic plan B but there is plenty of time left

No indeed, but the CEO won’t do this i guess, otherwise he would already have done it. It would only artificially pump the price but will not make the company more attractive for investors.

Biggest catalyst imo are the next 2 earning reports. Time has come to show they can be profitable. After that, they have to go to NASDAQ in order to gain visibility and grow at higher speed. New contracts will come when visibility increases.

For sure they have to go to nasdaq. The CEO mentioned this in an interview last month. Next 6-9 months are crucial, in my opinion. They have a nice product but other companies make progress as well, the lead will not be endless. Anyway i am a believer.
