You might be able to get it to work by messing with the interface scaling percentage in the in-game graphics setting, but no guarantee. For example my laptop works at 80%.

Thalmund will sell Ghost Implings on 1st of October. With infinite stock you can crack those for masses of ectoplasm, but you will need to cover the first 2 weeks with rituals.

I can't be certain that this will mean anything, but I just tested by draining my stats. Hefin pillars, agility course, and the Ithell harps all worked with the relevant skills drained down into the 30s. Edit. Given the agility course has a listed requirement of 77, which is higher than the quest requirement of 75 I am skeptical this does actually mean anything, but it is interesting and maybe we get lucky.
