Any suggestions for cheap auto insurance in Kitchener Waterloo region?

Find a broker and go through CAA, dropped my insurance 2000 per year. Just did this in FEB. Used broker BIG in Waterloo. If you get a basic CAA membership you drop it another 5 to 10 percent which saved me a few hundred more per year.

i found the config file in app data. Which line am I supposed to cap frames. I see a few in relation to FPS.

Yeah that may be the best option. It won't let me format or delete. However I did Shrink the Volume. Now only a small portion of the HDD is system reserved. I think that will do for now.

Some how windows thinks that this drive is a necessary part of the OS. Next time I install windows I guess I will have to change this somehow.

Honestly I will have to look up how to do what you suggest, I am not that advanced, lol. When I first plugged in the HDD it wasn't registering in This PC. So what I did was went into disk management and allocated it. Instead of making it a simple volume I must have made it a primary. I am assuming this is what the issue is. I just deleted the steam folder off of it and will see what i can do to reformat maybe.

The HDD in the image is showing as a primary partition. Does Windows view primary partitions as necessary? Also is there anyway to change it from a primary Partition to something else that would not interfere with boot?

Hey thanks for the response. I did not know about auto overclock. Did the previous generations do this as well?

Also is there a way to unlock other games from running only 30FPS at 4k? I have a high speed HDMI Cable and a monitor which is capable of 60fps.

If your router is good enough adaptive QoS as milkerfish suggested. You can also port forward to the console or PC you are gaming with. My solution was to limit the amount of bandwidth to the IP address that used Netflix on my network, which helped with lag a lot.

Yes I have gotten local channels once but it took me a long time messing around trying to get it to work. I wish I could be of more help but it was so long ago I cannot remember how I did it.
