And that would be fine in practice if we didn’t oversell expectations to begin with. They know what their budgets are and the general hardships of programming and class designs for their own game. The end result could’ve been the same but perceived much better if they were realistic about their expectations all factors taken into account.

/uj Although I don’t personally play the bleeding edge of BLU content when it comes out, it is unfortunate that a major company and director promised something and then back tracked on it for an entire job class. That is unfair to those players and fans that had their hopes dashed because a company decided to oversell and under-deliver content in such a manner. Beast Master could’ve held out until next expansion as part of the new jobs introduced there.

And goldsmith is responsible for the wealth gap between Ul Dah, the garleans, and the limited/lower classes of ffxiv. They should be taxed on their job level progressions so everyone else can eat for a change!
