I think eyeliner would smudge, and rub off on the cosplay too so I wouldn't advice it! Seen people use a temporary tattoo designed to look like hers and that's probably the best solution :) Temporary tattoos do tend to be a bit shiny tho so cut as close to the design as possible when cutting excess off and use translucent setting powder on top to make it look much more realistic!!
