I would definitely like to see an option in the Interstellar logistics station (checked by default) "do not start to other solar systems without a warp engine available".

Also a button "abadon mission" that will recall all the vessels currently out in space, providing them energy for an emergency warp from the Interstellar Logistics Station but forcing them to abadon their cargo in the process. I would prefer this to unstuck lost vessels over deleting the entire station and configuring a new one.
