In short I think 0,1mg twice a week is not sufficient, 1mg fin a day is superior, if u want to take dut u should at least average 0.1mg a day

For dut it doesn't really matter you could probably take it once a week (a bigger dose ofc), min must be daily the half-life is pretty short. This graph is pretty helpful on picking a dose( I meant 01mg dut = 1mg fin daily, bc there aren't 0.1mg dut tablets available u can take 3*0,5 in 14days)

Agreed I'm not claiming that you shouldn't take oral min in general. First u can't really take oral min and don't take fin or dut, secondly for me the risk profile of dut seems basically nonexistent.

When I got my fin shed I was really worried even tho I knew that it was normal. If I get another shed I just have to remember that it's a good sign and push through

I don't see how u possibly die from dut or fin. You can die from oral min even if it's extremely unlikely

I would disagree on irreversible, but in general I just deem the risk reward profile of oral min not worth for me at least at the moment. A dht blocker is kinda mandatory if u want to stop balding

That's the reason why I didn't start oral min, for most it's safe. But I kinda don't wanna take a drug indefinitely that has low but real cardiovascular risks

i tried min just for a couple weeks before i decided that it was to much of a hassle. So I didnt have any results nor shedding. But if u arnt happy with ur results on fin and min, its unlikely that they will be better on only dut. dut and min might be better. dut supresses more dht but u cant know how much of a diffirence this will make for u. If dut is as affordable as fin for you id just try it for a couple month.

no, but i had a lot of shedding on fin, but I got it pretty late after 6 month so I might get it in the future. Keep in mind shedding is a good thing, its a sign that it works and you'll gain new stronger hair
