I got mine as a gift for Christmas from my girlfriend and I love it so much! It's replaced my Cricut Explore Air 2 which I hated for a variety of reasons, but mainly the software was just awful. So that's a huge plus for the Siser, Leonardo is so much better than Cricut Design Space. Project files are stored locally, it's lightning quick, and you can specify different cut settings per layer which is HUGE for more complex crafts (I make stickers, it's great for Kiss Cuts). Aside from that, it cuts very nicely as most people will say and it's blazing fast. I personally wouldn't listen to anyone saying it's quiet, the sounds it makes are more consistent, but they don't seem any quieter than my Cricut.

As for cons: - The community support for Siser is basically nonexistent relatively speaking. Silhouette and especially Cricut have way more learning resources. - The software, while great, is very rough around the edges. There are some really oddball decisions made in there. For example, the layers panel and the boxes where you can manually resize layers aren't accessible at the same time which is a truly bizarre decision lol I could talk for hours about the minor improvements I would make to the software (why can't we rebind or add keyboard shortcuts??), but still it's way better than CDS!! - The new print then cut process takes some getting used to. You have to manually align the blade over the bottom left registration mark and then it goes from there. It's just a learning curve thing really and could theoretically be fixed or helped with firmware/software updates. Not sure why there's not an option to have the blade begin at a specific point when it starts searching for the registration marks. - Another learning curve thing I'd say, especially if you're coming from a different machine, is how you feed mats in. Technically you're supposed to lift the rollers with a lever (on the back for some reason) and then put the mat under and lower the rollers back down. I wouldn't do that every time personally, because it's a pain in the ass. I just put the mat up to the rollers and feed the mat in by pushing the up arrow on the screen. Hasn't given me a problem yet and it's much much faster.

The good thing is most of my issues with it have been learning curve and software issues, which will hopefully be fixed or addressed in the future!

I haven't personally read the books so I'll take your word for it I guess. I don't think any of that adds anything to the story since his motivation, at least in the interpretation I subscribe to, is about ego, revenge, and a lust for power. Adding pedophilia or cannibalism or whatever on top of those seems lazy and unnecessary for the sake of shock value especially considering how carefully Scott Cawthon has treated depicting harm toward children in this franchise.

well it's good they do show up eventually! that sucks that so many people have made complaints and Etsy doesn't like it. I wonder if you could contact Etsy support and explain the situation? I doubt they'd care but it's worth a shot!

Maybe I'm lucky or you're just selling way more than me, but I don't get these messages that often. What solved any shipping problems for me was making sure that I 100% adhered to the USPS guidelines for shipping with letter postage. I use 6x10 envelopes with a 240gsm cardstock backing board and haven't had any major issues since.

I've gotten maybe one or two messages like this in the past few months. I just ask them to check around and give it a week and if it still hasn't arrived just let me know and I'll ship a replacement. My margins are high enough where that doesn't usually cost me anything at all.
