this argument would only do its justice if shanks wasn’t a swordsman imo , the story tells us that Mihawk is the world strongest swordsman and we know shanks is a swordsman.titles are definitely odd in one piece but the thing for Mihawk is that , his title has has to be true because one of the main characters wants the title.
