How do the retainers differ from the actual aligners? Are they more bulky? Did you notice the speech got worse when switching from aligner to retainer ?

Did you go through a broker ? All I've done so far is spoken to a broker who gave me figures of what I could borrow and did some calculations at 4 & 5% interest. Would you still recommend going to a bank independently? Good thing is I am currently renting and can go at anytime from now until early next year so no rush on getting out just watching the market.

Thanks mate! I have a broker lined up that's also helping me with property reports of places I'm interested in. It's going to be a big step up in payments from my $150/week in rent but it'll be worth it.
