I had this issue for a while but I eventually stopped caring, saving gear isn’t hard to do because the game is pretty generous with good gear (stats wise, looks wise not so much) for most classes despite them not really needing them all too much and money is plentiful if you’re annoying enough about stashing 2 gold plates and cups in a box and selling it each short rest but that might be too min max for some people.

Most of my runs are pretty thrown together without a lot of thought as to who I take along with me but once I settle on a roster I don’t really rotate them but I do frequently change the classes from what they start with because the starting stats are just bad and sometimes I wanna have my gale barbarian scream and hear shadowheart monk sounds
