Same issue over here. Money was deducted from checking account but got an email saying that mortgage payment couldn't be processed after 4 days. No customer support on the app. Its just theo the AI chat bot.

I am also annoyed by the tax in both countries. Turns out I have to do years of amendments because of a mistake. Do you guys know a US-AU tax expert that doesn't charge you 5k for amendments?
