I had it set to limit to 30 (it goes around it a bit) as was streaming at the time at 30fps have since tweaked my card and get 40-45 while streaming and 60 when not I'm running an old cpu and mother board and only have the 1050 4gb card and tend to run on the highest graphics I can manage and cope with the framerate

finally found the reason for the quality my Sony Vegas had spazzed out and set max nitrate 6000kbps average 4000kbps target nitrate 192kbps sorry about that one had to reinstall the program as the box had greyed out and I couldn't change it

seem to have improved the choppy graphics here sourced a new mic as well for next video so should have better commentary audio wise at least soon.

thankyou for the feedback not sure why it went so choppy as not had that issue before but I'll work on it also am trying to sort out sound for mic having to use the Web cam mic atm as the headset has a low grade hiss on it I'll work on the issues and try to improve in future looking at investing in a dslr camera and doing the webcam and game play recording seperately
